Ensuring Business Continuity
INTRIA has a comprehensive and fully-documented Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that ensures consistent recovery if business is interrupted.
We carry out the following under our BCP program:
- Any time a disaster is declared, our national recovery strategy activates a program that ensures consistent recovery from business interruption.
- Business continuity plans exist for all operational services, application programs, and transaction data within our processing facilities across Canada.
- INTRIA regularly reviews and updates the business continuity plan. Each year, we review our business impacts and recovery strategies to validate their objectives and ensure plans reflect the current operating environment.
- We put our abilities to the test. Annual client simulations help us measure our ability to respond to actual incidents and deliver improvements where needed.
- Our Risk Management organization keeps our BCP on track, and independent CICA Section 5970 audits confirm that we are compliant.
